Our mission is to maximize customer lifetime value and drive profitable growth by serving accurate, relevant, personalized and legally compliant promotions to customers. Our work is a critical enabler of the QC strategy and objective to provide smart, sustainable value to our customers, improved item deals and positive affordability perception.
We are seeking a strong Principal Product Manager to own and deliver complex solutions within Affordability Domain, that have impact on multiple entities and require a high level of cross-squad, cross-domain and cross-platform alignments. You will work closely with data science, engineering, and cross-domain stakeholders to translate our vision into a tangible product roadmap.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical depth, and a passion for data. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our affordability solutions and initiatives, from ideation and development to experimentation and performance monitoring, directly influencing key growth metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
- Own Product Vision & Roadmap: Co-create the domain’s vision with other PMs and translate into a clear, actionable product roadmap. Define and prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
- Continuously Identify new Opportunities and Initiatives: Lead the identification, discovery and execution of key initiatives that are aligned with strategic QC priorities around the objective of improved affordability and smart, sustainable deals for QC customers .
- Lead Development on Global Scale: Partner with engineers, data scientists, designers and stakeholders to develop, refine, and deploy advanced solutions to manage item-level promotions, both within QC tools landscape and by integrating with non-QC services.
- Global and Cross-Domain Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with stakeholders across multiple domains, Platform Product teams, and Global and Regional Commercial teams to align on strategies and ensure our solutions meet business needs. Articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences to build consensus and drive decision-making across our global platforms.
- Own Metrics & Performance: Establish and monitor success metrics and KPIs related to product performance, user satisfaction, and business impact. Use data-driven insights to guide product decisions and iteration.
Qualifications
- Product & Domain Expertise: 7+ years of product management experience, with ownership of business outcomes in complex product or platform environments. Experience with building pricing, promotion or incentive solutions is a strong plus. You should demonstrate a proven ability to lead complex product initiatives from conception to launch.
- Technical Fluency: Comfortable working with engineers on technical topics like APIs and system behavior, testing, even if you’re not designing everything yourself. You should be able to discuss trade-offs in model implementations and guide the team toward scalable, effective solutions. You have a solid understanding of machine learning concepts, data modeling, and experimentation frameworks.
- Analytical Excellence: Experience using data and analytics to identify problems, define hypotheses, validate opportunities, prioritize work, and measure impact on key metrics. You can independently analyze data to identify issues and opportunities.
- Influence & Communication: A track record of working with cross-functional teams, aligning diverse stakeholders and leadership, and clearly communicating complex ideas across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Customer-Centric Thinking: Ability to translate customer needs and business opportunities into data-driven product features that enhance discovery, personalization, and mission fulfillment.
- Extreme ownership & bias for action: You are a self-starter with a growth mindset and you can operate in high ambiguity situations.
