Your mission

• Assist in analyzing and improving composite manufacturing, assembly and material flow throughout the production value stream

• Support management of machines, equipment, tools and jigs documentation, calibration and maintenance tracking

• Support lean management activities in copter production (e.g. 5S, visual management, standard work, waste reduction)

• Support battery logistics and process improvements

• Support production teams in using Jira for task tracking, improvement actions, and operational topics

• Assist in preparing and updating KPIs, dashboards, and visual shopfloor boards

• Participate in shopfloor activities and continuous improvement initiatives

Your profile

• Enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field for at least 2 more semesters

• Strong interest in lean manufacturing, composite production, electronics and industrial processes

• Hands-on, structured mindset and interest in shopfloor work

• First experience in working in an aerospace production environment is a plus

• Confident using M365, Jira and Confluence

• Good English and German skills
