Join our Global Sports Network Team as an Youtube Creative Producer for Motorsports at our Red Bull HQ in Salzburg, Austria!

Job Description

IN A NUTSHELL

You’ll lead creative decisions driven by audience insights and performance metrics, working closely with key stakeholders to develop YouTube content ideas that align with channel strategy.

PRODUCTION

You'll plan and execute YouTube video production from start to finish working with external partners to maintain Red Bull’s high standard of quality.

GROW CHANNEL

You'll grow the Red Bull Motorsports YouTube channel through repeatable format pipelines, exciting new formats and storytelling that engage new and existing audiences.

COLLABORATE

You'll work closely with Red Bull markets and key stakeholders to develop and feedback on content ideas for YouTube that fit Motorsports channel strategy.

METRICS AND ANALYSIS

You'll support development of titles and thumbnails, focus on increasing CTR through intentional packaging, deep dive into retention curves to generate learnings and optimise productions.

Qualifications

3+ Years of YouTube platform experience and strong portfolio of videos that demonstrate success and growth

Fluent in English

Concrete experience in all stages of content production process and a strong understanding of production best practice

Amazing writing skills for developing scripts and shoot beats

Understanding of video editing and video FX

Knowledge of YouTube content best practice, including titles and thumbnails

Interest in various motorsports disciplines

Team-player with a genuine interest in Red Bull's sports properties and a willingness to explore and learn about all elements of motorsports within Red Bull’s Marketing mix

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.362 gross per month.
