JOIN OUR TEAM
As an Intern Learning & Development, you and your team will be jointly responsible for establishing and continuously developing the Learning & Development department. As an integral team member, you will bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the table, with the opportunity to actively implement them in a dynamic environment. You will be given the freedom to act creatively and have plenty of room for personal growth. This position is limited to 6 months and based in Munich. Our preferred start date is August 1, 2026.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Actively further develop the Learning & Development division at Westwing by driving current initiatives forward and contributing new ideas
- Support project work and take autonomous ownership of projects (e.g., optimizing our Mentoring Program, our Key Talent Program, or internal Insight Sessions)
- Assist in the preparation (both content-wise and logistically), organization, and execution of internal and external trainings & events
- Create presentation decks, training materials, and support resources
YOU COME WITH
- Current studies in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; initial experience in Learning & Development or HR is a plus
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills; using AI tools where helpful to effectively enhance productivity
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, combined with excellent organizational and time management skills and a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills in German and English, as well as the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
